Processing Time

Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing before your order ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping methods within the U.S.:

• Free Standard Shipping – Available on all orders of $100 or more.

• Standard Shipping – For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

• Expedited Shipping – Need it sooner? Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be impacted by factors such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or peak season surges. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Headliner is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to our support team.

We currently ship within the United States only.
