At The Headliner, we want you to love your purchase. If your item is not the right fit, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
Return Eligibility

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

Wait for return approval and instructions

Do not send items back without approval, as they will not be accepted

If approved, store credit will be issued via e-gift card
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds.
All approved returns are processed as store credit only.
