Returns & Store Credit Policy

At The Headliner, we want you to love your purchase. If your item is not the right fit, we offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 4 days of approval

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

    • Do not send items back without approval, as they will not be accepted

  • If approved, store credit will be issued via e-gift card
